Do you folks tip the same, or at all, when picking up a phone in order?

I don't usually tip when I pick anything up. I'm a pretty generous tipper too. I actually get really annoyed when I go to a takeout place (like Thi Thi subs) and on their debit machine they ask for a tip. GET BENT, it's takeaway and the cost of the sub includes the cost of you making it for me.
Hairstylists get 10% minimum from me, sometimes more depending on how it came out.
I always tip 15% minimum on decent service in a restaurant. If it sucks I tip 10, and go down from there. Depends on the problem though....if the waitress is a biyatch I adjust accordingly. If she's run off her feet and I see that I give her 15% for effort, usually cash, so she can pocket it.
For those of you that think tipping is a bad idea and we should just pay higher wages; travel to Australia where there is no tipping. The only thing you get there is GARBAGE service, and they have no incentive whatsoever to do anything about it. At least in Canada you can have that little bit of vindication when you screw them on a tip for being useless.
