Come on man. I pick my own morals and my own values. I don't give a rat's ass what society thinks or says about something. I inform myself and I come to my own conclusion.
I don't watch talk shows, I don't watch opinion-based news shows. I get the facts and I digest them and sort them out according to what I believe in.
Maybe in an election, the majority wins... but that majority doesn't get to decide what I feel is right and/or wrong.
I notice the "majority" love violent movies and watching people get their heads blown off. I hate unnecessarily gory movies and won't watch them. I prefer chick flicks. Movies about people with stories that are interesting.
Am I right? Am I wrong? Majority would say I'm wrong... but I'd say I'm right.
Guess who gets to live my life and pay my bills? Me.
...and here's the kicker: All my friends are just like me, so... in our world... we are the majority.
