If you have to have any dealings without someone else in "the industry" or you are an "employee" then that will probably not be a good thing. If you are running your own show and you can just pick up the phone and talk dirty for a few minutes and make some money that you need, what the hell, cue up the Poison and cha ching ching cash in!

The whole thing is pretty fascinating. Of course I havent done it yet but you never ever have to meet ANYONE in the business the way I would do it. You can't do it from home in Alaska or Hawaii, I'm not sure why. In New York and California you can't either due to the actors' unions. You would do it from a phone center. Yuck. This way I would be an independent contractor. I log into a call center using an 800 #, the calls are routed to my dedicated land line in the living room and when I get sick of it I log off. How much different can it be friom what guys say to me on a daily basis? I've been hearing this crap all my life

Heck I can be logged onto the CP at the same time.
