Yeah, Seahawks now have top 3 recievers out, probably even 4 with Obamahu. And letting DJ Hackett go to CAR (no loss, fumbled at least once yesterday) they have virtually no one to play receiver that has played more then 3 games in the NFL.

Bad news, considering Hasselebeck played 1 quarter in the preseason before getting an owie, and is a guy that starts slow, and plays favourites with his receivers at the best of time...and now he has literally no-one other then his TE's (rookie from ND).

And, the Seahawks are pretty tight to the cap too, so not a lot of airlifts are going to be coming in and helping out...Morris didn't finish the game and Jones looks far from a guy that's going to go 1500yards this year, so SEA is screwed offsenively.

How about trading Hasselebeck to the town he has a crush on (to the point of gagging)(NE), get one or two receivers there, but get some cap room.
Go with Frye/Wallace and some decent recievers until those other start returning..that combo is better then a unconfident Hasselbeck throwing to rookie receivers.

Half joking, but I'm far from convinced that Hasselebeck, in his 10th year, is the guy to go to when the going gets tough...he still makes basic mistakes that 2nd year guys make...SEA needs a leader on offense as they have for a while, and now that things aren't so rosy anymore as they have been the last 5 years, his leadership is going to be the only thing that holds that offense up, and I have my doubts if he can carry the load.
