Personally I will wait!
When you are a "free agent" you can normally get better deals, however sae that email and just go back to those same deals if they aren't going to give you anything. Bell TV wants to keep you as a customer, just sometimes you have to bitch and moan a little to get anything. They want you to give up easily!
