I would tend to think Mozilla. I've been curious about Fx 3.1 with their new ray tracing of the Javascript engine, but if Chrome speeds thing up , then perhaps they will steal Fx's thunder.
In any respect, I think competition is good, as long as the competitor isn't trying to generate new (proprietary) features.
I'm not a big fan of the tabs at the top of the page. I don't think you should need to mouse past the location bar everytime you switch tabs.
