You don't even have an actual sound card or video card. Both are built-in on the motherboard.
It's an Intel P4 CPU with AGP slot --- that's all I can get from your description and pics.

Likely the onboard sound card is something like Intel 865G or AD1985. Maybe even C-Media CMI 8738 or similar.
The video drivers you need will be Intel graphics. Possibly Intel Extreme Graphics 2. Maybe visit www.intel.com and search for a util that will help you identify your exact videochip, then get the drivers from their site.
