And no, I'm not looking at the music games

When a bunch of friends and I have an Xbox, I'm always finding it hard to get everyone interested. Anyone have any great ideas? Like a fun shooter, fighting, trivia or racing game for 4?

I currently have:

COD 4 - The guys like this, but with a wide range of skills, it can become quite one sided. I even play them pistol only aiming at kneecaps

Burnout Revenge - Guys and gals seem to like this, but it's only two player. And if you do crash party, it takes forever load/get a turn.

Or am I destined to buy a Wii?
