I worked retail for 5 years and I hate lineups more than anything. That is why I do all my Christmas shopping on the 24th of December.

I have REALLY noticed the shortage when I go to nicer restaurants. There is nothing worse than getting terrible service at a nice place. It completely ruins the evening.
