It ends when the government starts looking at things realistically and stops allowing everyone their rights to their ideologies, no matter how ridiculous their view is. The KKK does not "deserve" the right to freedom of speech if it is using that right to spew hate propaganda. Allowing these organizations to exist in the first place is downright scary.
