[quote=Dion;1413099][quote=hulkrogan;1413092]I don't feel bad at all for saying I'd never date a 300 pounder. Shallowness aside, that says a lot about someones lifestyle and the value they have for their own body/health.

Weight gain isn't just about lifestyle. Genetics and medications have a role in it too.
This may be hard to swallow, but a medication your doctor prescribed could be to blame. Certain prescription drugs used to treat mood disorders, seizures, migraines, diabetes, and even high blood pressure can cause weight gain - sometimes 10 pounds a month. Some steroids, hormone replacement therapy, and oral contraceptives can also cause unwanted pounds to creep up on you.

I forgot to add the "

Some people will for sure have an easier time than others, but really, if you get off your butt once in a while and do something active, play some sports outdoors, go for hikes... whatever... you won't end up being 300lbs. You might carry a little more than the next guy, but you'll be healthy.
If doing active things isn't for you and the weight piles on, thats fine. It's your choice, but a girl like that would never be dating material for me, aesthetics aside. Even if she has an amazing body and sits on her arse all day, I'll get bored eventually.
