Another vote for Innis and Gunn - that stuff is incredible. I have never drank more than 1 bottle at a time, but it is certainly the stuff of heaven.

Samuel Smith brews good beer as well - Oatmeal Stout is a favourite.

For a good Ontario beer, try Creemore Springs. I can't find bottles of it out here, but you can get it on tap at Flames Central and Chillis.

When I was in Portland Oregon I made a visit to the Rogue Brewery pub. Some of the Rogue beers are pretty tasty, and they have such a variety that any beer drinker could find something good.
