As you can see, Florida, Texas and California have become a problem getting all the transponders to work.
St. Louis should be good. I haven't been able to find a current footprint for the satellite at 82* for HD signals but Bell is sending up a new satellite very soon to replace the POS they currently have there, so HD should be good too.
I'd try and get a Bell account using a Canadian address and hire someone to set up the dish for you. The other way is too find a satellite shop in your area that will handle the dish setup and setup the account so you pay them every month. They should also be able to give you the info on signal strength in your area. You won't want to plug in your phone though, so I don't think you'll be able to order pay per view.
