Hm.. haven't tried that no. I've basically disabled 3G at this point as the dropped calls were really starting to get to me, and it definitely improves the battery situation and call quality for me for now. Which is stupid, that defeats the whole point of the new iPhone, but I hope they'll patch it to improve it.
