Does anyone else get these super annoying calls from ICP group or 1-800-566-8064? I've been getting them twice a day in the morning, 7:30ish am, and in the evenings around 6:30? It is totaly BS.

How the hell did they get my private cell number? Why do they call only to hang up, and then when I call the number back they're always closed!? God it's a piss off.
