I've gone through many swings of BBQ sauce preferences. The one I keep coming back to is Tony Roma's Original.
I find Bulls Eye and Cattleboyz to be overly strong. The little chunks in Cattleboyz disturb me as well. If I can't identify chunks by sight (I know they are dried onions...), it's just not right. A good BBQ sauce has a mildly sweet tang to it, and is not even close to being overpowering.
Besides... The only thing you should be putting BBQ sauce on is hamburgers. If you put it on your steak, you're buying the wrong kind of steak. Steak sauce was invented to cover up the taste of poorly raised and prepared beef. If used with some decent beef, you might as well be eating a slab of wet cardboard because you won't notice any difference.
