Buy the ground beef the day you are going to cook it, get the freshest you can find. Start mixing it up and throw in some seasoning you like, I just use some plain ol' italian seasoning, some salt, some pepper, a bit of garlic powder and some hot pepper flakes. Mix those together nicely and make big plump burger paddys. Throw those on the grill and cook em up. Depending on how you like it toss some regular Bullseye BBQ sauce over the Burgers as they are finishing cooking, tastes real nice. Get some cheese and toss that on and let it melt, of course.. grill and toast up your buns for a couple seconds before eating.

Pretty simple to do, but I get the best damn juicey burgers this way.. fresh meat is the key.
