I've been to Saltlik, and the prices are really not that bad, which is why I avoided that place, since I thought it would be one of those $100 steak places. You are paying close to The Keg prices.
I've a few friends in the law industry, and they say the same thing everyone else has been saying about that Chophouse place. The steaks are about equal to what you would get at The Keg or Saltlik, but they are way more expensive.
Vintage is probably the best I've had so far (besides my own) but they are pricey. Still, it's cool that they actually bring out the cuts of meat for you to examine and pick before they cook it for you.
