i will admit, i do like their steaks, their ribeye in particular is good because most places don't get the bone-in ribeye. I also really enjoy their appetizers (short ribs, cajun beef wellingtons), and they do a pretty good bison dish...

i don't know, i think that i like the fact that it isn't as traditional as a place like caesar's or hy's (RIP)...although both those places are/were fine fine restaurants

I'll admit that the food isn't bad there, just that instead of being a great restaraunt it seems that their reputation is based on the $9 beer theory.
It's expensive so it must be good. I've got no problem eating there if someone else is paying, but I'll never spend a cent of my own money there.
