Having the same system would have of course been a nice touch, but then again not everyone would have bothered to go through that. Nothing wrong with being "lazy" on this.
Besides, I like my system better
But different scoring systems aren't that hard to combine, if we don't make it too complicated. In any case it's better to first rank the best teams before we get into individual scoring. (We might even let the managers take part in that part, with the rule of course being that you can't vote for your own choices.)
