Have to disagree on that. It's all a bit subjective.
Personally (and it's a personal quirk) I found women with painted toenails a major red flag. If they're going to be worried about something as trivial as to how their toenails look then I see that as a warning sign for other things.
Give me a pretty, down to earth, natural girl anyday.
