No, Team CP works just fine. It's a given that Team SW's Central minor league, sister team is not included when the term
TEAM CP is thrown around. It'd be like saying "The Flames are a great team" and worrying about adding "Calgary" to the sentence to differentiate them from the QC baby Flames. Doesn't need to be said.
