That is a useful guide if anybody orders one in the future. Personally I did many of the things in that guide and it just didn't seem to work very well. I can't really pinpoint exactly what it is I did wrong ... it just never fit properly for me. Now I'm looking at hard cases that are significantly more idiot proof (or russic proof).
