I can't believe I'm responding to what has become quite a rediculous argument but GoJetsGo, you are really close minded if you can't imagine someone having the funds or a job that would allow that kind of scenario.

I have a number of good friends working in the oil patch in Alberta doing different things from electricians to rig pigs. Trust me, when a journeyman electrician working out in the field has to drive 2 hours to work everyday and works 2 - 8 hourse throughout the day at his own pace, there is PLENTY of time to fit in a doob every 45 minutes if that's what you've got it worked out to and get paid PLENTY of cash to have money to "burn". You think everyone works in an office where they would have to excuse themselves from work everytime they need a smoke? There's a ton of jobs out there (especially in Alberta) where guys would have the time and funds to make that feasible.

Your argument is totally bunk. The only thing you can argue is if it's possible to smoke that much everyday and I can say for a fact that I know at least one person who does or used to, probably more than one if I really think about the guys I've known in my day.
