Even if you're getting a good deal on a quarter, you're paying $50.
So your 'good friend' smokes a joint every 45 mins he's awake every day of his life to the tune of $350 a week $1200+ per month? That's more than rent.
And he has the means of employment to facilitate that kind of costly habit where the employer both condones his 'smoke breaks' every 45 mins and his constant state of stoned-ness?
