I would suggest looking at our mission, vision and values. Given you're looking at a maintenance role, try to tie a lot of your responses back to safety. The behavioural interviews aren't that bad, mine was my future manager and a recruiter from the people department. A lot of "Tell me about a time when ..." Make sure you have lots of examples and that you can justify the decisions you made. BTW, there are often multiple interviews. Your first one may be more technical, to prove you actually know what you claim to know on your resume.
