I was at a seminar done by a former hirer of WJ a few months ago. Being a dynamic, vertically integrated organization (at least for those positions, not sure about maintainence) they like their employees to be actively sociable and to be comfertable meeting many people in short periods of time. More freedom and less need for structure. I can't remember the exact questions she said she would ask in an interview, but it would be with the idea of figuring out how comfertable you are with people you don't know. Dunno if that helps... or if any WJers know more then I do and think I'm full of crap.
