I'm sure there are at least a few people here employed with wesjet! I applied for a maintenance position that I'm hoping to at least get an interview for and I'm trying to get prepared for it. The one thing I do know is it's a "behavioral based" interview. Any tips, suggestions, comments? Any bit of info on the process and what exactly the recruiters are looking for would be appreciated!
