Wow if true what a loss for not only the Riders but the CFL in general. Dominguez was a class act all around (I'm looking at you Nik Lewis) and said that he wanted to bring the Grey Cup to Sask and actually kept his word (I'm looking at you Henry Burris). I wonder if he even got a ring last year as he was probably on the IR at the time of the Grey Cup.
