I currently having a writing project that's based around palindromes. They're the most frustrating things to write, but very satisfying at the same time... the middle parts are pretty easy, but finding a beginning and end that match up is always difficult. And certain letter combinations are really tough. Using a 'th' for example. There are so few 'ht' combinations in language that the only time you'll see it in a palindrome is split across two words. (ie. dogs, eh? to the god!) And forget about Qs. I don't think I've ever seen a Q in a palindrome.
