Well I chose to move from Alberta to the Bay Area..been here for 8 years. Here are my favorite USA cities to visit.
1) San Diego, California
2) Miami, Florida
3) Honolulu, Hawaii
4) Seattle, Washington
5) Chicago, Illinois
6) Orange County, California (ok its a whole county but I cant narrow it down)
7) Boston, MA
8) NYC
9) Washington DC
10) Santa Barbara, CA
Note: If I didnt live in the Bay Area, SF would be either #1 or #2!
Obviously I chose the right state to move to since 4 of my top 10 is in California!
