Yep. That's a really scenic route. It's a
pretty abrupt turn you have to make once you start making your way south. It basically goes straight west for a while from Nanton, then you go up a hill, and it looks like the road keeps going west, but suddenly you crest and see your turn is like 15m away. Other than that, it's a great route, nice and windy about 15-20 mins out of Nanton. Never really had much traffic, but sometimes you get stuck behind a rig, but that's to be expected.
Not much else i can tell you. It really depends where in the city you live in. I usually take the 763 or something just outside of Bragg Creek and go through millarville, down to Longview etc. But if I have to go to the south end of the city for whatever reason, I'll always take the nanton route.
