It was a fire/emergency/bomb drill. They have those here every now and then here. Every office gets a person with red plastic hat to make them feel special, there are lots of rules of follow, designated meeting places (the corners), people in casts get to walk down 40 flights of stairs...The usual government stuff.
I wonder what the chaos was like trying to get all the members of the public back through the x-rays and metal detectors was like.
