What are the laws when it comes to a final cheque with a company>??

I left Rogers on July 12th and the company that i work for still has not given me a final cheque..


I was supposed to be paid on the 15th of July.

Does anyone have any advice in order for me to get my final cheque??

Any help would be awesome..
