Default Calgary vs. Vancouver: Don Cayo

I know it's the Sun, I'm well aware, but I thought it was an interesting blurb on our beloved City. Cayo makes the point that, while Calgary is the overriding corporate powerhouse, Vancouver is a city that was built and exists more for the 'people,' and Calgary exists for the businesses.

Also mentions Calgary (and Alberta) suffers from a lack of social services, poor urban planning, and penny-pinching habits. Nothing new, I know, but always a fun debate.

Thoughts?
