It has online.
I was playing it yesterday (our store got it in early so we tried it out) and it's pretty badass. Vader wasn't that great though... slow, difficult to combo with. Maybe you just need to play with him lots, but right now the big draw with him is that he's freakin' Darth Vader!
Oh, and there's a stage on a Star Destroyer complete with Star Wars theme music. I liked that.
