For Meloche Monnex what does UofC alumni mean, just a member of the school/graduated, right?

I'm 18 and I am over a year now with my car, no accidents, but I pay like $250 a month? '06 Cobalt. When does the insurance go down? Little by little until 25 when it should drop more, dramatically?
