Yes to both!! I work as a mail carrier and find that wearing swim tights under my culottes (dont worry I am female) is cooler than wearing the long pants or going barelegged and wearing sunscreen. The company I buy from is Coolibar.com
And yeah the spray on is good. I.ve been using Bullfrog both the spray in the plastic bottle and the aluminum container
