I guess as an older actor he's no longer running around and trying to kill natatlie portman.

Drums of gasoline/diesel fuel to be stored on board a ferry makes logical sense, in a bureaucratic way. Where else do you store it? Why is it down there? Don't store fuel with the passengers. (Everybody thinks everybody else is smart and untrusting, but in reality they are really really dumb) Then, once everything is set up, start it up and run or escape by jumping off the ship.

One of the primary questions on the characters lips is "who do you trust?"
And with a majority of the cops tagged in one way or another, there's a high probability of being able to get away with, well murder. And knowing how corrupt Gotham is, and how the Joker had pretty much become the prince of crime, it would be possible if you had the time to set up most of the explosions.

Yeah the cell phone thing is extremely unlikely. It would require cell phones either being really sensitive(which they aren't) or computing power beyond that of the largest cluster. Of course, they could all be phones with hands free or conference call capabilities. However, the other problem would be emitting the sounds and then receiving them. Disguise it as a low battery chirp. Then use other cell phones for audio to build it up. How many people have cell phones? How many people don't have cell phones? Wouldn't corrupt gotham swat team guys keep their cell phones on them? (gotta know whose who.)

Also didn't see anybody complain about how he recreated the bullet, and grabbed the print. http://www.guardian.co.uk/science/20...lets?gusrc=rss although.. it is possible.

Also, there should have been more exposition of Harvey Dent's past, as the film takes gratuitous license with the viewers beliefs in knowing at least some of Harv's back story. The subtle hints that all is not right with Harvey Dent before he is transformed into Two=Face are a bit too subtle. (EG grabbing the gun in the court house, naming himself as batman)

BTW it is

Sal "The Boss" Maroni.

To continue with the mob as one of the central figures in the war on crime in Gotham, Black Mask, and Maxie Zeus should have appearances.

And for his shenanigans in HK, I could see King Snake make an appearance(Although that would introduce the rest of Ra's Al Ghul's League of Assasins, and bring up the fact that Batman is among the top 10 martial artists of the DCU)
