He could easily fit into Nolan’s world. No superpowers or special abilities and is basically Batman’s and Bruce Wayne opposite. I could see Dicaprio playing him and doing a pretty god job.

Great idea. I think that the way this franchise has been developed, it pays to stick to the creepier, sadistic villians and stay away from the goofy, over the top stuff.
Hush would be great. Zsasz as well. maybe a brief appearance of a guy like Killer Croc? Not to base the movie around, but perhaps just a brief appearance as Batman kicks his a$$? Like the start of the first Hush story.
But JPold.....Dicaprio? Seriously?
Ugh. No thanks.
Make it a guy that has the chops that isn't A-list. Like Ledger was.
