The only thing I have with Telus is my cell phone. I have never had a problem with Shaw but naturally there are people that have. Both can be said about both companies I'm sure but nothing has happened with me with Shaw that really miffed me. Bills are always correct, come the same time each month, never lost my tv signal. I did on occasion have my modem power down and re-start sometimes a couple times a day for a week or so (I'm assuming that was Shaw doing that) but it was only down for a couple minutes each time. Shaw lets you know when they are doing work in your area that may affect your signal.
Dunno. I think Shaw internet beats the daylights out of Telus.
Long story short, never had a problem with Shaw, don't have enough with Telus to form an opinion.
