CRTC is so silly, I am asking for Canadian Content for 1 new HD channel, but not willing to pay for $19 to do so.
Do people not understand the concept of HD vs SD at CRTC or Shaw?
I would pretty much not ever watch SD if it wasn't for local news at 6pm, and on occasion comedy channel/space.
