Ya good point, water at the end of the night is crucial. One almost foolproof trick I learned way too late(I was 20 before I figured this one out) is have FOUR glasses of water before you go to bed. You'll probably feel like puking when you're doing it, but trust me, it'll all be worth it the next day. Not sayin you won't be hung over, but it really helps.

Yeah, I got the water thing down. Usually have 4 after a night of boozing. I didn't mean to imply I don't drink, I do but never reached 21 and never with other people choosing my drinks. And I'm kind of resigned to puking, haha.

I've had some crazy nights and some huge amounts of drinking, so I'm definitely not here to scare you OR play the saint. But trying to finish anything in a certain time frame is just asking for trouble. 21 over the night should be fine, some people will get sick, some will not. Have fun, but be smart.

An yeah, we have stuff like that in Canada. It may only be 18, but our beer is stronger so it probably all evens out  I'm sure they have stuff like this all over the world. |
Yeah, my buddy went to emergency after his 21 run (didn't have alcohol poisoning but close) and I have been to the hospital for alcohol related injuries in the past (story involves me puking on the floor and then immediately slipping in the puke and faceplanting).
And thanks for the happy birthday. Frankly, it can't come soon enough. I've become quite the designated driver lately.
