My questions for you guys are:
Do they have stuff like this in Canada (18 run)?
Any tips so I won't die (beyond drinking less which is frowned upon)?
Any stories?

I've heard of this run done in a certain time limit (2 hours for instance) with deadly consequences. There was a write up on it on CNN.com recently. Something like 50+ alcohol poisoning deaths in the country, many attributed to birthday games for 21 year olds.
Over the course of a night, something like this shouldn't be too bad, but don't try to attempt it in 1-3 hours (heck even 4). Eat before hand, and make sure you always have water, you'll want it to ease the next day, and keep yourself from getting sick.
I've had some crazy nights and some huge amounts of drinking, so I'm definitely not here to scare you OR play the saint. But trying to finish anything in a certain time frame is just asking for trouble. 21 over the night should be fine, some people will get sick, some will not. Have fun, but be smart.
And happy birthday!
An yeah, we have stuff like that in Canada. It may only be 18, but our beer is stronger so it probably all evens out

I'm sure they have stuff like this all over the world.
