I think I'm guilty of using "classic" when it's not entirely merited.

I also call people "######bags" a lot... but I'm not changing that one.

"brutal" is used a lot. "legendary" as well...

But, when I read the thread title, the first one that came to mind was the OP's "amazing". People use that to describe everything these days.
