Can somebody please tell me what that gravelly voiced loser is saying at the beginning of this ad?? (played every 15 minutes on the Fan 960 for the last 3 months)

It sounds like - "What team moons highest to hockey fans..."

I have nothing against the Hitmen, but honestly,this radio ad sucks...ugh.
