The guy they quoted within the article actually was thinking he wasn't doing anything wrong - which just goes to show you that a lot of people don't know those unwritten rules of the road and that not all people who are driving 'too slow' in the fast lane are doing it to spite others.

its not an unwritten rule, every highway I have seen has a sign that says Slower Traffic Keep Right, which means if you are going slower get in the right lane (read: get the f' out of my way)
