Well then you likely wouldn't get a ticket. It's like me getting pulled over for speeding on the way to golf two weeks ago. I had grabbed a few random single beers out of my fridge and thrown them in my front seat to put in my golf bag when I got to the course. The cop saw them all laying there, and could have given me a ticket for open liquer. But he didn't give me the ticket mostly because he knew I hadn't been drinking, and it was 11am. So all laws are subject to not being enforced if the cop feels it isn't worthy of a ticket. Just as a cop liely won't pull someone over at 3 in the morning for driving in the left lane, if the streets are bare.
