In other news, the roads just became more crowded because the effective capacity has been cut in half on a two lane road. I think it's a little on absurd side. Roads are becoming heavily overburdened with traffic over it's intended capacities, but now we want all traffic to stay in one lane, squeezing that traffic down further.
This is only a short term fix done by a politician.
Here's something... What if the cars in the right lane are going 100km/hr. A car in the left lane is going 110km/hr, but he is holding up cars behind him that were going 120 km/hr. Can he get a ticket still? It says you can only be in the left lane if passing and can't impede traffic.... but he's doing both.
