I usually have it plain or with a can of tuna mixed in. Will have to try it with the tuna and some peas, as someone earlier had suggested.
When I was a kid, mum would make it according to directions with slices of green pepper and cherry tomatoes (fresh from my dad's garden) on the side. For some reason, that brings back fond memories.
